INS requested RFE for waiver on my 2 year HRR. Spoke to somebody at INS they say they dont have record of my waiver. DOS issued me waiver 3 months back on sep. 14 2001. Please advise what to do.

well DOS cannot issue waiver
DOS send its rec to INS which in turn has to issue you a waiver...
have you received anything from INS yet
