Hi all,

I converted H4 visa into H1 B on Nov 2003. Now I got my PR of Canada.
I have to land in Canada before March 2006. I do not have H1 B stamp on my passport but valid I-94 through Aug 2006.

My question is can I come back without H1B stamping ? Or it is mandatory to have stamped in my passport while entering USA?

Please advise gurus.
