INS RECEIVED RFE ON 1st may and it says THAT it will take another 180 days.
nd march2000 and pd march 1999.

I have seen approvals in 1 month after INS has received it..
WHY it says 180 days in my case.
RFE was just for employment letter.

180 days is a generic message. In reality it takes much less for non-exceptional cases. Usually 2 - 3 weeks from the receipt date.

Did your Employment Letter contain the exact job description (as part of your job responsibilities) as it was mentioned in the Labor Certification?

 well I really dont know what they mentioned in labour certification
and what they wrote in RFE..Will it be a problem??
Also I am waiting for my H-1 approval as it was sent for renewal in
last month..
WILL there be any problem if you go for stamping with expired I-94.
I have an reciept for H-1 renvewal
