PLEASE HELP: FOIAP Address DOES NOT WORK!!

I have just send my Privacy Act Request to DAVID HARDY (to see if FBI has a record on me and to possibly get a NO RECORDS reply)....I sent it by EXPRESS MAIL so that I can check it on the web.

However, it can not be delivered.... I sent it to this following address:

David M. Hardy, Chief
Record/Information Dissemination Section
Federal Bureau of Investigation
935 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20535

Please help me is this the correct address??? AM I doing something wrong?

One thing is very important, they do not acknowledge the receipt. The delivery location is never given to the sender. I have sent FOIPA requested in the past, I received responses but not the actual ack.receipts of certified mails. So do not worry.
The address is correct. If it is incorrect, it will be brought back to you.
