PLEASE HELP: Filing a second I-485

Filed I-140 & I-485 using substitue LC 2 years back. USCIS is unable to find the original file still.
In the meantime own LC got approved and I'm planning to file a new I-140 now with my LC. Would there be any issues
in filing a second I-485 for the new I-140? Please help. Thanks

----------- no problem just write the A# on new I-485 and tick YES for if any I-485 is filed and write the past I-485 reciept # and service center

****You can also recapture the early PD if I-140 was approved. Attach the copy of past I-140 approval and request on cover letter to recapture early PD and also attach the Copy of PERSOM MEMO
