Please Help: File Transfered

I got a letter on Friday informing me that my file has been transferred from bufallo to an office in NY in order "to expedite the case". Is this the normal procedure? Has anyone received such letter. It also said I should not make any enuiries about the case for 90 days after the transfer.

Any thoughts?

That is Normal. you may get Interview date letter from NYC canada consulate after 3 months
 
Just received letter saying my application is approved without interview. Asking me to go for medical and do background check.
