please help file petition a married sister.

hi all,
I am US citizen, and I would like to petition my married sister ( including her husband, 3 years old girl, and 7 years old boy) to USA.
my questions are:
1/how do i fill out on the I-130 form?. fill all names in one form? or 1 for each form?

2/ what documents do I need to submit? ( I have evidence for my sister, but... I don't know what kind of documents do I submit for my brother in law. and children?

please help.
 
You just need to fill one I-130 form for all, there is a place on Page 2 of I-130 that you will provide details of your sisters spouse and her kids.
All you need is their names and Date of Births for all of them.
You will need to fill one I-130 with a copy of your Nat'z certificate or US Passport, copy of your Birth Certificate and a copy of your Sister's Birth certificate and a check or for $355 and send it to USCIS.

do I need to send form I-485 ( apllication to Register Pergister Permanent residence) along with I-130. Or I can file it later.?

I-130 only my friend, just for your sister and NOT the husband and kids!
 
I -485 is only required when people are presently in US and wish to adjust status. In your case you probably will never have to file I -485.
