please help evaluate my chance of self-petition of NIW

hi, guys

Could you please evaluate my chance of self-petition of NIW please ?
my situation is:

1. Two MS\'s (in Electrical Eng. & Computer Science and Mechanical Eng.)
   Ph.D. candidate(expecting degree in 1 or 1.5 year)
2. 4 conference papers + 2 more to be accepted. But no Journel paper accepted yet.
3. 1 patent
4. Research area in Biomedical Eng. Directly related to health care improvement.

I know I would have more chance if I wait until I get my Ph.D. But time is very important for me. I would prefer to start this immediately. I heard that nowadays it is hard for a student to get NIW. What do you guys think ?

You obviously qualify for EB-2. The issue is whether you qualify for waiving LC based on national interest. Does this make sense?
