Please help - EAD

Hi,

My EAD has been approved in Aug-2007. Due to some address confusion in USPS, USPS did not deliver my EAD. I think, USPS return EAD to USCIS. I called USCIS after 30 days, they did not get back my EAD. USCIS operator told, they cann't do any thing till they retun back EAD.

I don't what should I do?

Please help.

The same thing happened to my spouse's EAD at the end of last year, it was approved but it never arrived in the mail. I don't know if things have changed since then, but unfortunately at the time the only way to get a replacement EAD card was to reapply for it all over again...

EAD card and approval notice Not received so far-Please help us.

I am in the same situation. I dont know what to do next?
My EAD was approved on 9/11,card production ordered. Online status shows that approval notice was mailed on 9/13. But so far neither of them were received. I took infopass, the lady said i have to wait two weeks or have to apply again. I called 1-800-375 number,they said I have to wait 30 days from the date of sent. It is almost 30 days. If i call them they would say they cant help since it was already mailed. I never moved any where. USCIS might have entered a wrong address and the mail might have slept in somebody's mail box without bothering to return it. I just spoke to the customer service today, she told me to go to the local service center. Already they said to reapply again going through all this hardship one more time. I dont know what to do? Please help us to get rid of this situation.

Even I am in the same situation.My wife's EAD was approved on 8 August 2007.But had not received the EAD.
Called Customer service and I was asked to wait for 30 days.I do not know
where the Card got lost,but received couple of e-mails on 08/08/2007 that
approval notice was sent...card production ordered...
I think I have to apply again .
I will wait till USCIS updates the message with something ..as card returned or whatever...

Hi caldude368,

Did you file EAD with Texas Service centre... Please let me know... My 485 was transferred to Texas too.I need to renew EAD now..Just wanted to make sure..
