I have a winning DV 2022 CN: AF25583
The US embassy I am supposed to interview at isn't operating due to the instability of the country (Sudan). Can I change my interview location or is it too late? If I can, who am I supposed to contact to change it? Should I contact a lawyer to help? If anyone has any advise on what to do please help me. Thank you all very much.
