I am a dependent on my parents application(who applied in the skilled worker catagory). According to the law I cannot take a break from studies for more then 6 months. Is this correct??
I graduated in May so do I have join school again in November (6 months from May) Or can I take break of more then 6 months and join school in January?
I can only start school in January due to financial reasons and I also dont want to spoil my status as a dependent.
