Hi GUys, New to this forum, if someone can please guide me
or inform if they have had any experiences, my situation is as follows.
I am a dependent of my father which he is an EB3, our I-140 is approved and we had the AOS interview already, but USCIS lady said that he had to consult my case with supervisor, since i just turned 21 on June 20, 2005
as far as i am aware i should be protected under the CSPA that states that age is frozen when I-485 is received.
since there are no visas she said our attorney had to go back and dispute
once visas become available. she said my parents are approved but my case is still pending...... i would appreciate any advice
or past experiences, and if you need additional info please don't hesitate to ask.
Priority date is April 2001
Receipt date for i-485 is JUNE 17, 2005 (3 days before my b-day)
case was transferred to local office july 8 (Houston)
