Please Help - Courtesy Letter

The AVM says my application was approved on July 11. I have not yet received any letter. Does anyone know how long it generally takes for the courtesy copy to arrive.

I got my copy in 6 days. As it says in AVM, if you do not get it in 2 weeks you need to call IIO.
