I have recently got EAD but not used it. Means am still H1. I am getting good offer from my client company. I have filed my labour on EB3 somewhere in 2000 and got approved. I have I-140 approved too in 2002. I have been with the same employer for 4 years. Now i want to join this big company. In this company, Techincal skills are entirely different as well name of the designation. but duties are the same.
I do not know what is mentioned in Labour and don't have a copy of it. but I have 140 approval notice.
Under this situation what I should need from my new company's HR dept in order to invoke AC21?? Do I need to consult a lawyer or should I wait for RFE and then react?
