I filed my EAD online on Feb 17th. Is this my receipt date?

I see on the USCIS web site they updated the processing times yesterday. For EAD (under AOS) they are now processing cases with receipt notice of Feb 16th.
Does this mean they are processing all cases received from Feb 16th onwards, or are they processing cases received up to Feb 16th ???

What is the difference b/w RD and ND?

Hi..

The receipt date is when the USCIS actually received the application.

Notice Date is when they put it in the system, and most probably a EAC no. is also generated.

Feb16th date would mean that they have processed all the cases till that date.

I see. I am assuming since I filed my EAD renewal online, my RD and ND is the same (Feb 17th)?

After I submitted my renewal online, I got my confirmation letter on screen with my MSC #.
