Please help, cannot attend on fingerprint date

I just received the fingerprint date but I will be out of the state on bussiness that week. Is it possible to change the date? Who should I call?

Any help is deeply appreciated.

Out here in the Bay Area (California) there are quite a few application support centers (ASCs) that allow walk-ins on certain days of the week. You should verify whether this is the case where you live.
