I went again to INS office and they said it by the same words!
The reason of concern here, as they explained, that there were enough cases when people bring in US smb\'s children to adopt or such.
I just got worried because no SSA no DSHS did not give me clear answer
about infant legacy in US. Situation is really unusual:).
So I hope everything\'ll be OK.

  Hsd do you know what is procedure to bring back the Baby to USA ? Have you checked with any immigration lawyer? can you post your experiences?

Click on the above link and click on "I came back to India to have my child. Can the baby return with me to the U.S.?" and you should see:

i Your child will not require an immigrant visa to enter the United
i States provided the following conditions are met:

i >The child must have a separate passport and a birth certificate
i from the Corporation, Municipality or a Registrar of Births and
i Deaths. Hospital records are not adequate.

i >The Child must accompany the immigrant mother (or the father) upon
i her/his first return to the United States following the birth of
i child. The child must be under the age of two years.

i >The immigrant mother (or the father) must have a valid Form I-551
i or I-151, Alien Registration Receipt Card (better known as Green
i Card) or Form I-327 (permit to Re-enter the United States) valid
i for two years from the date of issue.

i If you meet the above requirements your child may accompany you to
i the United States without a visa.

i Following your admission you should, however, contact the nearest
i office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service to regularize
i the stay of the child in the U.S.
