Please help !!!! ... Behind GC processing date !!!!

Hi,
I just checked that the I-485 processing date in TSC has drastically shifted to April 1, 2004 from August 2003 in a month. I submitted my 485 papers in oct 2003 but didn't receive any information regarding the decision on 485. Anybody in the same boat ? Having any clue what is going on ? Please let me know if I am supposed to take any action regarding this.
