please help AOS issue

hi there


please help.i got married to my lover when i came her on visit last time.we were not aware of 30 60 rule i went back after 20 days...then i came back to be with her for some more time..this time i planned to do an adjustment of status..is it possible for me to do tht.i am in a dillema here i dont want to be away from her for the green card processing.so please suggest what is it tht i can do i am in US right now...can i go ahead and file adjustment of status.i am on B!/B2...please help
 
Excuse me for asking, but how did you manage to get through Immigration on a B-1/B-2 visa after being married to a US citizen. I am assuming your spouse is a USC because you have written about AOS in your message. Since you are already in the US, you could surely go ahead and do an AOS which is a one-step process where you file both the I-130 and the I-485 concurrently.

thanx for replying i really appreciate tht....i got in US using the same b1/b2 visa ..they dont have any info since we havnt filed anything yet, except for our marriage license.so i got in the second time with no issues...as u say i have to file those forms but i understand there is a time period of 30 to 60 days after marriage or entry on a visitors visa to file it..right?which we dint follow i got married after enetreing on the 15th day is it a problem.please help...
