Question about prevailing wages.
When I applied my initial H1B1, i used the other sources for prevailing wage becuase SWA came up with too high figure.
Now I am working on my H1B1 renewal, and SWA's determined prevailing wages were became closer.
My employer offered me 98 % or the prevailing wages that SWA returned.
Do you guys think it is safe enough for H1B1 extention?
