I-140 approved As Programmer/Analyst

Want to move to newer company Offical Title will be Sr. DBA. Salary 30% higher than one in the I-140.

Do any one forsee any problems with the move.

if you see the SOC classification there is a big difference in the skillset/responsibilities between PA and DBA. However all depends on what was described in the LC application and what are the current responsibilities as listed in the DBA job description.
