I would like to change my employer after 250 days from RD of 485. Is there any problems in using AC21 now a days and what should I do? Please advice. Inform Ins about job change and Lawyer change.

Make sure you collect all your documents like copy of Labor Certificatn applicatn & Approval, I-140 etc from your current employer. Keep all ur pay stub in order. No need to inform INS as it is not required.

I'm planning to use AC21
I have all other documents from the sponsering company except the Labor certification document as they said it's company policy not to issue to us even duplicates..
Hope that wouldn't cause me any trouble..

I am also in the same boat, wanted to change company after 180 days and do not have copy of Labour and 140. On my request the company has provided me with the "Job Discription" "Salary" and "JOb Title".
