Please help: about PD?

My 140/485 application was sent around 3 weeks ago.
I got FP notification today,
it says: RD 12/08/2004,
PD 12/08/2004

Does this mean that my PD is 12/08/2004?

I used labor substitution.

Priority date.

My time frame is similar to yours. My RD is Nov 23, EB2-labor sub at CIS.

What are your details ?

I know PD is "priority date".

my question is " Is my PD 12/08/2004?"

I guess mine is EB3 sub labor, CSC.
I did not get the receipts yet.
Honestly, i did not know much detail about my cases.

Ignore the PD on the FP notice. You will get a "PD" once your 140 is approved, it's mentioned on the approval notice. It should be the date when original LC was filed.

Thought I should give a break to Ginnu, Unitednations et al.
