Please help.....140 RFE still not received

Hello everyone,
My 140 EB3 petition was filed at Texas Service Center around
April 30th and RD is May 2nd. On October 24 there was a status update online that an RFE was issued. My lawyer has still not received the RFE. Please advice as to how I can contact USCIS to resend the RFE. Thanks a lot in advance.

Best thing would be to ask your lawyer to call TSC.

lsk - I just got a mail from my employer that the attorney has received the RFE today and is going to respond. I do not yet have any information about what it was about.
