I got a RFE this morning stating that I need to turnn in my medicals and affidavit of support. I am on FI and my wife is the USC. Now she just stopped working so that she can concentrate in school since this is her last semester. However, for the past three years she made a whole lot of money and was above the poverty line by far.
Now that she is not working, can I get my uncle to be a co-sponsor or can she get her sisters or parents or brother in-law to co-sponsor. The fact is that she is so independent and I don't think she will ask her parents to be co-sponsor. Incase, my uncle agrees , will that be any problem since I am the alien.
