What is District processing dates?
for jacksonville it is showing 1st nov 2001 for I485.
My company is in jacksonville. Will it affect me?

These are the local office I485 processing time. If your I485 is I130 based (relative), then you file I485 to the district office; if your I485 is I140 based (employment), then you file your I485 to one of four centers. I believe you are employment-based and filed your original case to TSC so don't worry about these district processing time!
