filing NIW without lawyer

I am a physician doing J1 waiver in underserved area. i want to file NIW myself. Can anyone tell me how to get help on it?
I am particularly interested in finding out how to write "affidavit" of self empployement plans.Thanks.
 
Guidance for NIW and OR

Hi, Sir,

my NIW was approved at TSC last Sep under the guidance I bought at $90, it's very useful, including complete recommendation letters, cover letters, and other necessary tips for NIW/OR self-application....if you need, I can sell you at $60, please email me. and I cann tell you my experience during my applications.
