Please Enlighten Us on getting EAD in person after 90 days

Whoever got EAD in person using 90day rule ,Please post.
# What all docs do they ask for ?
# Is 485/EAD receipts needed ?
# How long does it take for them to issue
# Is it different from the actual EAD card ?
# How should we select the INS office.

They will ask for 485 and EAD reciepts(Copies). That is all. They will take photo and give the EAD card immediately. There may be a queue depending on the local office. I did it in Dever and it took me around 3hours. You don\'t have to pay anything.

I did mine at Baltimore. They took a duplicate application for EAD along with photocopy of the I-485 receipt and original EAD application receipt notice. They called us in 10 days with an appointment date and time. That day they made a signature card and took photos and gave us the EAD card in about 1/2 hour after that. Interestingly I also got a card from VSC after 7 days of getting the card from the local INS!!

My I-485 is pending since more 6 months & file was transfered from VSC to Baltimore Office on 06/04/01. I am planning now for applying EAD(first time) in Baltimore . What are steps involved in this process please.

Hi,
This 90 days is from Receipt date or Notice Date. I have been confused with this wherever I read it is not confusing. If you have got the EAD from local INS can you please post when you got it, somewhere it says since recently it is notice date, and whether it was Receipt date or Notice date you used.

This question is about EAD renewal. If the new EAD is not
issued before current EAD expires, what are the options ?
Can the applicant go to the local INS in this case even if
it is not 90 days from receipt/notice date ?
