Sounds urgent. I don't have an answer for you, just a suggestion: you need to get an immigration lawyer's recommendation rather than from a message board.

You can if you want too or else submit it when you get an RFE for proof of employment.

But I would confirm..

You can do it either way

Notify pro actively or wait till you get RFE and then send AC21 docs. I followed the later.
