Please clear my confusion--the date you file I-765

Is the date you filed your I-765 application the received date or the date INS send you the notice?
I am counting 90 days and preparing for interim EAD. Please help.

---------- USCIS will send you filing reciept and on that notice check the RD or reciept date.it is the date application reach the USCIS not the date you send
