Please Clarify - How will i know I 140 in my name?

I have I 140 number approved and no further details, How will i know it is in my name?

Employer yet to share the details,

Please let me know what are methids to find out,

You kindly ask your employer for a copy of the I-140 receipt notice, which he does not have to give to you, however (it is the employer's discretion whether or not to provide.)
