I have a question: My H1b visa expired on nov 2002, but I have applied extention and i got h1b extention approval (i129). Is it ok if I send it now to st. louis for h1b visa or is it too late now?
You can still renew your H-1 visa here in DC. The time limit according the state dept's site is 1 year, if it has been more than a year since your visa expired you would have to go to an embassy.
