Did anyone file I824 in NSC and got AC140 application accepted from Chennai, India?. Interested in EB3 cases.

If AC140 is not accepted how much time did it take for I824 to get approved?

Once I824 is approved how long does it take to get an interview date?

Does applying I824 cancel your AOS petition or do you have time till you recieve the letter from NSC for further action, i.e. to choose CP/AOS?

Did AC140 work for anyone at all in Chennai, India!

Ans:Mine was Eb3 case , filed I-824 at CSC.But chennai sent back AC-140 application back to lawyer,saying standard reply "work load" problem.

If AC140 is not accepted how much time did it take for I824 to get approved?
Ans:6-7 months at CSC but not sure about other centres.

Once I824 is approved how long does it take to get an interview date?
Ans:4-6 months.

Does applying I824 cancel your AOS petition or do you have time till you recieve the letter from NSC for further action, i.e. to choose CP/AOS?
Ans:You should be getting a letter from NVC to choose the path.

Did AC140 work for anyone at all in Chennai, India!

Ans:I had contacted one person (EB2case ),was accepted AC-140.But it is very rare case, may be 1 in 100.

I am in the same boat.

Thinking about applying for 824 at NSC. My 485 RD is 04/03.

As far as I have heard chennai does not accept AC140.

Btw, ac140madras.. do you know the person who got his ac140 accepted and what reasons he gave .. My case is EB2... maybe I can try my luck..
