Deportation is usually a 10 year bare to re-enter USA territories.
You can either apply for a motion to stay deportation, or apply for asylum or refugee if there is any change of circumstances in the country of origin.

get a lawyer and apply for motion to stay deportation (cancellation of deportation). receiving a notice of deportation does not mean that your case is over.
