I got my H1b from chennai in 2007 after a long administrative processing , I waited for almost 2 and hlaf years . In Sep2007 went for B1/B2 stampping , VO asked me about the visit details about my earlier visits and told me that he can issue B1 as I had extended my earlier visits on B1 and after that he asked me about 221g and asked me to wait for 2 hours, during that he called my all my employers in India and verified my experience and issue me the H1 . He didnt put "Application received" stamp on the last page of my passport . My question is next time when I am applying for my visa extension, during the DS-156,157 form entiries , Do I need to mention "Yes" for the question "Is your visa rejected earlier" .
