Im B1/B2 visa
My girl friend has agreen card but she is already 5 years so she will apply for the citizen soon
my question is what is better we marry now and apply for me in immigration or I wait till she get the citizen
also I want to now the processing of marriage in NJ and how long it take to get my GC
Buy the way im 26 and she is 36 and has 2 kids is any problem in this gor immgration

Your wedding has nothing to do with immigration. BUT... You can only apply for AOS after you get married to her. If she files for your Gc when she is a LPR, she can only file I-130. If she files afer she becomes a citizen, the whole AOS package can be filed at the same time.

As for the age difference, i cant tell you that your case would be easy. You will definitely be asked this quesiton during your interview and it is upto you and your future spouse to prove that your marriage is bonafide.

Tip: Dont let USICS and their rules dictate and control your life. ;)
