i'm a stateless Palestinian born in saudi. I came to the us on F-1 visa, i couldn't maintain my status so i was order deportation in 2007 and i was send to immigration dentition but couldn't be deporteted because i'm citizen of no where. i was released on super vised release.

can i apply to go to canada based on that? since i can't adjust my status in the us or go no where else?

please help me and if you have more something to ask me, i will answer you.

Was a duration set when you were given supervised release?

thank you for reading my problem.
No duration was set....I have to be on super vised released forever until i leave the US.

Since you have no country to be deported to however are on a supervision order in the States, it's 50-50 on what they would do with you if you just pitched up in Canada.

You could claim asylum, but I don't think this is applicable.

I doubt Canada will issue you a Canada Visa from outside of the country
