Please Advise

My company filed my Labor Cer. in NJ last year. I was wondering if I ever get a receipt date or some kind of an acknowledgement letter from the labpr dept like we get when we file H1B. All I have is the date when they received it (from the return certified postal letter that tell me the confirmation that they receive).

Please advise.

Some states do not send receipts. NJ is one of them. You have to track by recd date/employer’s representative/attorney and find out the status.

Add a week or two to the delivered date. It is a good assumption for your priority date.
