My husband files his 485 last March with California center.
The processing date has passed his RD for the last several months.
We called in to request for more information and got a letter saying that it should be processed within 60 days.
We waited for 60 days, nothing has happened. we called again, and was told to call back in 30 days.
And the LUD has not changed since November.
What should we do?
