Hello All,

I have a situation that my H1-B petition was denied with my employer (Company A). I already have another approved H1-B from a different company (Say company B). Here is my question, Can I Join company B since my H1-B was denied with company A ?

Depends on terms mentioned in the denial

Also not clear what you mean by H1 petition denied for employer A. What is the petition? I-485?
