Please advise me, I-485 approved, but I-94 missing...

Hi,

Earlier I posted missing I-94 question on this board, many suggested to send missing I-94 copy ( lucklly, which I had ) as reply to the NSC RFE along with other info INS has requested in the RFE.

My case has been approved today, this is good news.

But the question now is, Don\'t I require I-94 for stampping ?

My case details...

EB2-INDIA-NSC

PD : 3/1999
RD : 3/2000
FP : 1/2001
RFE : 4/2001
RFE reply : 5/2001

AVM said \'0\' days for a while, today approved.

My friend also lost I-94 he did not have any problem at INS while stamping. They will not insist to surrender the I-94.

Hey Ramsun, you are in Seattle so what did you apply for? I applied for EAD with 485 through Seattle office and have got nothing. What is you status? Did you get reciept? My lawyer says Seattle don\'t give recipte I need to check status and dont know how. Thanks

It\'s kind of confusing, when I went to Seattle INS office for interim EAD last month I asked one of the IIO, he said I-94 is required.

Today my attorney said, it\'s not required.

Can someone on this board clarify this.
