Hello everyone First Time poster in this forum.

I just got married last month in the Philippines since I grew up down there and also my wife. Btw, I am a USC and she is not ( she has a B1/B2 10 year multiple entry). I am currently living/working in the united states and she is currently in the philippines managing her business.

Here are my questions:

1. Can she still use her B1/B2 visa to go to USA? If yes can she visit me and show she has ties in the philippine( e.q. she has her own business and at least has P1.3 million in the bank (almost 40k). What are the chances POE will deny her. She is planning to stay here not more than 4months. (I already read all discussions regarding this but I think everyone has different circumstances and Im hoping to share mine).
2. Should I start the petition process (I-130) prior here visiting here or wait till she gets here?
3. How long do you think the process for I-130? Also she visited USA with here family two years ago and stayed for 1 month.

We just do not want to waste money if there is chance that POE will deny entry.

Please advise on what I should do.

Thank you very much

A1: Yes she can use it. However she has a very high chance of being denied entry.
A2: Wait until she is granted admission as a visitor, assuming she gets in as a visitor.
A3: The entire process from start to finish should take around 12 months.

The possibility of getting denied is high as she is having her spouse there. If you really do not have the intent of migrating to US, then it is fine to take steps to prove her ties and applying for visitor visa. Or if you plan to settle down in US, it is better you get her to US through marriage visa.
