It’s been more than a month since I have submitted the response to my RFE but haven’t heard anything yet.

What should I do? I just don’t want to sit and wait for some IO’s mercy. Is there anything I can do to help my case?

My RFE was about the “Employment Authorization from USCIS” for the period starting from 12th April 2004 to till date. The were looking for

Copies of H1 approval

#2
Copies of EAD cards

#3
Copies of i-94 cards issues with the intent of employment.

Please let me know if you have any other question.

I read the subject of your post and opened it to tell you to 'hang in there' - I had replied for my RFE in December and no news yet.

But then I saw your signature with big blue approvals and stopped by this post to congratulate you !!
