You can help yourself more by searching for this information using the search function listed above. I have not gone for an interview to Canada but a quick google search shows that http://www.nvars.com/ is the online reservation site for Canada.
You can then do a search and try to find out which cities in Canada have US consulates that offer visa services for third country nationals. Once you know which consulates you can goto, see which is closest to you. That way you will be able to determine what fares are best for you, perhaps you can drive to one that is close to you.
Finally search this forum using the consulate name to get more details, like how long do folks usually get their passport back in, or if others have had problems there etc. By just asking which consulate you should go to, no one is going to make that decision for you. Once you have narrowed your search down to specific consulates, either search for more detailed information on them or ask and I am sure others will jump in to help.
