I know the atmosphere is dull nowadays in the forum. Hoping some will answer my Q.

What should be the validity of passport at the time of entry into US. My 485 is pending and I have AP. By the time I will enter into USA, I will have less than 3 months period left on my PP. Could immi officer allow me to enter as a parolee? and how about H1 stamp?
Please advice. Thanks!

First of all you shouldn't take that risk, as per 'my knowledge' you will get i-94 card only those 3 months left.
