Situation:

Labor is filled form my employer and also from other employer (under future based employment). The two companies are under different SESA and but under same DOL and under same Service Center.

Question:
If Labor/I-140/485 is denied from one company will it affect the other?

Please advice

You can have multiple LCs and 140s from multiple / single employer. However, you are allowed to have one and only one 485 pending at a any given point in time.

You could probably do consular processing with one employer and AOS with another employer.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the quick reply.

If 140 is denied from one company will it effect the other 140/485 approval?

Denial of 140 from one company should not affect decision (approval/denial) of the other 140 from another company.

485 is linked to a given 140. If that given 140 is denied then the corresponding 485 will also be denied.
