Please advice me

Hi Guys,
RFE was issued on July 02nd. So far I didn't recieve it. I am thinking, which might be lost in the mail. My lawyer called NSC guys enquired about it. Standard reply from them, will send reply with in 4 weeks. I am not expecting any thing from them. My Lawyer is ready to do any thing for me. Is there any other way of getting this information or regenerate RFE. Contacting local INS office help us or not?

I appreciate any insight.

Be patient. Even if something is issued, doesn't mean it is sent out on that day. I have seen quite a few case, which is sent 5 days later after the issue day. Your RFE is issued on 7/2, which is before 7/4, could be sent out by 7/11. So probably you'll get it today, if you haven;t checked mail yet.

RFE was sent to my lawyer. He also thinking it's got lost in mail. I have seen other guys in this chat, already got it (Released on same date).

Wait for a few days more. If it does not come to you, then go to the local INS with a printout of the on-line message. They will look up your case and tell you what it is all about, if they are a helpful lot. A lot depends on the local office. I just hope you get it in the mail soon.
