Hi all and thanks for such useful info in the other threads,
I would really appreciate your help in the following:
My prospective employer in US filed a petition for H1 on my Argentinean passport. While the petition was being processed I got Canadian citizenship and a Canadian passport.
Even though my I-797 identifies myself with an Argentinean passport number, can I now
A) Go to the consulate in Toronto and have my H1 in my Canadian passport instead of in the Argentinean?
B) Forget about the hassle of booking an appointment in the consulate and directly process my H1 at the port of entry with the CANADIAN passport?
C) Forget about the H1 petition and go on my own and get a TN visa at the border?
What would you suggest I do in my situation?
Thanka lot folks,
