I-140 RD 10/10.
RFE 01/16. (Experiance letters, W2 faorms for 2000,2001 and company finance statement)
Reply sent on Feb 13th.
so far AVM not yet updated.
 
RFE reply sent on Feb 20 avm not updated.

I got an RFE to confirm the petition was for EB3, so my Employer signed the letter. and sent back the RFE on Feb 20.
AVM not yet updated.

My wife\'s RFE replied on Feb25, AVM update on Feb28

I don\'t understand one thing. Me, my wife and son all have same AVM voice. But I only received my wife\'s RFE notice. I am the main applicant. After I reply my wife\'s RFE, AVM of myself and my son\'s still says RFE is issured on Feb08. Am I going to get 3 RFE or just because my wife\'s RFE so myself and son\'s AVM get changed accordingly.

I am surprised by this. I think I-140 is for only one applicant. Dependents will be added a 485 level.
 
RFE Avm Updated on 28th

Does anyone know how long does it take to approve after the avm is updated, I think it takes week after the avm is updated, most of the RFE Cases I have seen got approved within a week of the updation.

My I140 got approved yesterday March 7th , ND Nov17 RFE Reply Date 20th Feb , RFE Recieved by VSC feb 28.
