Pleasant surprise - Plastic Card Received!!!!

We received our plastic cards in mail 2 days back. I am surprised with the speed at which we got it.

I485 approval---- 4/14/03
PP stamped ---- 4/23/03
Plastic Cards received ---- 5/16/03. One chapter is closed.

The whole process (LC start to I 485 approval) took little more than 2 years in which 19 months were in waiting for I485 approval.

was your entire process in califorina INS ..i mean your labor from Calif and 140 and 485 from INS Calif ?

What is the status of your case online now? I am asking this for my cousin. His status says a card has been ordered so he is wondering when he will get it.
 
can you summarize your passport stamping experience. I have to go to SFO office.

Could you please post your entire sequence of dates please?
like ur labor approval date, 140 ND, 140 approval date, 485 ND ..etc.
 
Here are the details -

1. I don't remember the exact dates but I believe these are about -

EB2, RIR, 'Jis Desh main Ganga Baheti Hai'

A) LC applied ---- End Feb / Early March 01
B) LC approved -- End March / Early April 01 (took just 1 month)
C) I 140 applied -- About after 2~3 weeks. Took about 2 weeks to get papers.
D) I 140 approved -- Aug 01
E) We took about 1 month to get our papers in order. We didn't expect approval by this time and hence the delay.
F) I 485 applied --- WAC01-297-xxxxx

SFO is pretty quick for the stamping process. We reached around 8:20 and were out by 10:15. There were just 2 couples ahead of us. The entrace was Washington st even though the letter said Sansome st.
